California Health and Safety Code 9020. "A legislative body of at least three members known as the board of trustees shall govern every district. The board of trustees shall establish policies for the operation of the district. The board of trustees shall provide for the faithful implementation of those policies which is the responsibility of the employees of the district."

Duties:
The Board of Directors acts as the cemetery administration.
Meeting Date and Location:
The Board of Directors meets the 1st Monday during the months of March, June, September, and December at the cemetery.
