Law Enforcement (Police Chief's Assoc.)
American Red Cross
UCSB Health Center
Ambulance Provider
Director of HCS
Representative of HCS/Mental Health
Office of Emergency Management
Emergency Dept. Physicians (selected by hospitals)

Duties: Reviews the operations of the following:
a) Ambulance service operating in the County
b) Emergency medical care offered within the County
c) First aid practices in the County
Meeting Date and Location: Third Tuesday of every month
