Legal Authority:
The Orcutt Trails Commission was established by The Board of Supervisors on 12/13/11; Resolution 11-431.
Membership:
The Orcutt Trails Commission consists of no more than seven regular members and one alternate member, appointed by the 4th District Supervisor.
Term:
The Commission members serve at the pleasure of the Supervisor or until a successor is appointed.
Duties:
The Commission members serve in an advisory capacity to the Board of Supervisors regarding the programs, policies and procedures affecting recreational riding and hiking trails and their use within the Santa Maria Valley Area.
Meeting Date and Location:
The Orcutt Trails Commission normally meets the first Tuesday of each month at 8:00AM at the North County Parks Operations Yard, Waller Park Conference Room. Note that this meeting schedule is subject to change. Please call (805) 568-2469 for current information about meeting dates and agenda items.
