Membership: 7 Mayors in the County: Carpinteria, Guadalupe, Lompoc, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Buellton, and Solvang.
Staff: Legal Counsel, Clerk of the Board and Secretary.
When Mayor is unable to attend, he or she shall designate another member of City's legislative body to attend and vote at the meeting.
Term: Open - Coincides with Mayors' terms
Duties: Make appointments to Regional Coastal Zone Conservation Commission, the Local Agency Formation Commission, and Air Pollution Control District Board.
Meeting Date: 9:00 a.m., fourth Thursday every January,
April, July and November.
