Advise the Board of Superivosrs on matters pertaining to the County Affirmative Action Program; implement the Affirmative Action Plan; review personnel selection policies and procedures; review and propose modification of Civil Service System as it pertains to Affirmative Action; review periodic progress reports from the Affirmative Action Officer and make recommendations to the Board of Supervisorss for improvement to reach adopted goals; participate in annual review of the County Affirmative Plan, program goals and timetables, recommend revisions as necessary.
