Acting as the Board of Directors, Water Agency:

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $159,499.00;

b) Authorize the expenditure of these funds from the Santa Barbara County Water Agency; and

c) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5), in that it is a government administrative activity that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.</description><pubDate>Wed, 12 Mar 2025 21:56:45 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
