TIME: 30 MIN.) a) Receive and file a report on the proposed funding sources for known and estimated liabilities of ADMHS; b) Direct the County Executive Office to utilize unallocated funds in the amount of $4,620,000.00 currently in the Audit Exception Fund to fund prior year Medi-Cal related cost report settlement liabilities as identified in this report; and c) Direct staff to return to the Board with a Budget Revision Request to transfer funds of $4,793,045.00, when recognized from a favorable State Audit Settlement for Fiscal Year 2002/2003 to Fiscal Year 2005/2006 into the Audit Exception Fund, to be used to fund the projected ADMHS Fiscal Year 2011/2012 operating loss and for future estimated Medi-Cal related cost report settlement liabilities.
