Santa Barbara Unified School District - Approve the request of the Santa Barbara Unified School District to call and give notice of an election to approve an elementary education parcel tax within the boundaries of the former Santa Barbara Elementary School Dustrict, to establish specifications of the election order, and to request consolidation with the presidential primary election to be held on June 5, 2012.
