Title: Acting as the Board of Directors, Laguna County Sanitation District: Consider recommendations regarding a Photovoltaic (PV) System at the Laguna County Sanitation District, Wastewater Reclamation Plant, Third District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Photovoltaic (PV) System at the Laguna County Sanitation District wastewater reclamation plant (SOLAR) for work performed and materials supplied by Premier Power Renewable Energy, Inc. (not a local vendor) in the amount of $3,920,564.00. b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Property Damage Release regarding the above subject project; and c) Find that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to 14 CCR 15378 (b)(5), in that they are government administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect changes in the environment.
