Title: Consider recommendations regarding the appointment of the Director of Public Works as the County Director of Transportation, and Authorize Agreements for Clark Avenue/U.S. 101 Intersection Improvements, Fourth District, as follows: a) Appoint the Director of Public Works as the County Director of Transportation; b) Adopt a Resolution authorizing Public Works to enter into agreements with Caltrans for oversight and design support for the Clark Avenue at U.S. 101 interchange improvements; and c) Find that the proposed action(s) do not constitute a project within the meaning of CEQA, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2), continuing administrative or maintenance activities such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making, and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
