Authorize Housing and Community Development staff to proceed with the 2012 Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) and proposed funding process for federal funds received through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) programs, and to return to the Board in April 2012 to provide an update and present the draft 2012 Action Plan, including projects recommended for funding.
