a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute a five-year User Subscription Contract with Accruent for the Department’s cloud-based Building Maintenance Management System, Maintenance Connection, in the total amount not to exceed $316,291.00 for a five-year term beginning April 30, 2026, and ending April 29, 2031; and

b) Determine that the proposed actions are exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, as they involve the maintenance of existing public structures that will result in no or negligible expansion of the existing use and approve the filing of aNotice of Exemption on that basis.</description><pubDate>Thu, 07 May 2026 16:48:28 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
