a) Approve and authorize the Chief Probation Officer to execute a License Agreement for Publishing with Wiley Periodicals LLC for publication of Implementation of Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Juvenile Justice Diversion Program: A first-person account in the American Journal of Community Psychology.
