a) Approve and authorize the chair to execute Amendment No. 2 to the State of California Standard Agreement (STD 213A) between the Santa Barbara County Fire Department and the CAL FIRE for Fire Protection Services to SRA for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, increasing the agreement by $854,842.00, for a revised total amount not to exceed $69,873,049.00; and

b) Determine that the above-recommended actions do not constitute a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the actions are the creation of a governmental funding mechanism or other government fiscal activity, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on th</description><pubDate>Fri, 01 May 2026 21:54:00 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
