a) Adopt a Resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to file a $466,788.00 claim of a total allocation of $3,730,795.00 in TDA-LTF funds for FY 2026-2027 with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG); and

b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making), and will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.</description><pubDate>Thu, 18 Jun 2026 15:25:25 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
