a) Adopt a Resolution to:

i) Approve, ratify, and authorize the County Health Director, or designee, to execute the Public Beach Safety Grant Agreement (No. D2514113) with the State Water Resources Control Board for a three-year period in the amount of $372,675.00, not to exceed $124,225.00 annually, for ocean water quality monitoring and public notification services related to the State Water Board’s Public Beach Water Safety Program for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 (Fiscal Years 2025-2026 through 2027-2028);

ii) Approve and authorize the County Health Director, or designee, to execute future amendments to the Grant Agreement (No. D2514113), if State funds are made available, including changes to the scope of work required under the grant provided that the additional award is within ten percent (10%)  of the previous annual amount, upon review and concurrence by County Counsel’s Office, subject to the Board’s authority to rescind this delegati</description><pubDate>Thu, 16 Apr 2026 19:08:09 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
