Consider recommendations regarding Predevelopment Loan Funding for Los Adobes de Maria II, Santa Maria, Fifth District, as follows:

a) Approve the commitment of $45,715 in Predevelopment Loan Funds for initial activities required to develop Los Adobes de Maria II Peoples' Self-Help Housing Corporation;
b) Authorize the Treasurer-Tax Collector to execute a Predevelopment Loan Agreement, in substantially the form of the attachment to this board letter, with Peoples' Self-Help Housing Corporation for the development of the 52-unit farmworker family complex.
