City of Lompoc - Approve the following requests of the City of Lompoc:
a) Call and give notice of the holding of a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, for the election of certain officers;
b) Consolidate a General Municipal Election of the City of Lompoc with services to be provided by the County of Santa Barbara, relating to the conduct of a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016; and
c) Adopt regulations for candidates for elective office pertaining to cost of candidate's statements for the consolidated general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
