Consider recommendations regarding the Mission Canyon Drainage Master Plan Study, First District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

                     

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Stantec (a local vendor) to provide a Mission Canyon Drainage Master Plan Study for the period of February 28, 2017 through December 31, 2018 in an amount not to exceed $101,405.00;

 

b) Authorize the Public Works Director or designee to approve amendments to the professional services agreement with Stantec in an amount not to exceed $10,140.50; and
