Title: Consider recommendations regarding the acceptance of a Cash Donation of $30,000.00, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Accept a cash donation of $30,000.00 from Suzanne Duca and Friends for the purchase of an all-terrain vehicle and storage shed; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0004956 recognizing the value of the donation as revenue and expense; and c) Determine that the above recommended actions are not the approval of a project that is subject to the environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), finding that the project is a creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, in this case the acceptance/receipt of a monetary donation with a net value, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and direct staff to file the Notice of Exemption.
