Title: Consider recommendations regarding AB1600 Mitigation Fee Annual Report, as follows: a) Make available to the public the Fiscal Year (FY) 2016-2017 AB1600 Mitigation Fee Annual Report which includes the mitigation fee financial activity and fee schedules for the Countywide, Orcutt, Goleta, South Coast, Santa Ynez, Lompoc and Santa Maria development impact fee programs; b) Receive and review the AB1600 Mitigation Fee Annual Report; and c) Determine that the above actions are not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, because they consist of administrative activities of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
