a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with PathPoint for the provision of behavioral health and substance use services for the benefit of patients served in the Public Health Department’s (PHD) Franklin and Carpinteria Health Care Centers for the homeless population for a total amount not to exceed $98,900.00 for the period of March 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019;
