Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Agreement with Simpler Systems, Inc. for Information Technology Services, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Simpler Systems, Inc.
