Consider recommendations regarding Santa Maria Airport Ditch Improvement Project, Fourth District, as follows:

 

Acting as the Board of Directors, Flood Control and Water Conservation District:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for work performed and materials supplied for the Santa Maria Airport Ditch Improvement Project by the contractor CalPortland Construction (a local vendor), in the amount of $1,074,597.94; and
