Title: Consider recommendations regarding the first amendment to a revenue agreement for AIDS Drug Assistant Program (ADAP), as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to sign the First Amendment to the Agreement with the State of California Department of Public Health, Office of AIDS for administration of the AIDS Drug Assistance Program, adding an additional year, for the revised total period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2020, for a revenue amount based on usage; b) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to make all required certifications required under the Agreement; and c) Determine that the approval and authorization of the above Agreement is not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act review per Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is for government fiscal activity that does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on ...

Consider recommendations regarding the first amendment to a revenue agreement for AIDS Drug Assistant Program (ADAP), as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Public Health Department Director to sign the First Amendment to the Agreement with the State of California Department of Public Health, Office of AIDS for administration of the AIDS Drug Assistance Program, adding an additional year, for the revised total period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2020, for a revenue amount based on usage;
