Title: Consider recommendations regarding a reimbursement agreement with Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with the Community Health Centers of the Central Coast for the period of July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 to reimburse the Public Health Department for unused dental services of $88,000.00 to be paid in four quarterly payments of $22,000.00 each through Fiscal Year 2018-2019; and b) Determine that the proposed action is not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(4) of the CEQA Guidelines, because the action consists of the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities, which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment.
