Title: Consider recommendations regarding the Repair of Storm Damage Sites from Declared Event 18STM1, First District, as follows: a) Approve projects to repair storm damage sites from declared event 18STM1 the 1/9 Debris Flow Incident; b) Authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to advertise for bids to construct repairs for projects related to 18STM1; and c) Find that the proposed projects consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities that the proposed project is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c) and approve the filing of a Notice of Exemption on that basis.
