Consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara County Fire Protection District State and Federal Surplus Property Program Application Packet, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize submission of the State of California New Application For Eligibility in the State and Federal Surplus Property Program, with all required forms, to the State of California Department of General Services, Office of Fleet and Asset Management;
b) Approve and authorize the Clerk of the Board to certify and sign Form 202 - Resolution, and approve and authorize the Chair to execute Form 203 - Non-Discrimination Certification; and
c) Determine pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) that the above fiscal activity is not a project subject to CEQA.
