Title: Consider recommendations regarding an agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Community Care on Palm, Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with South Coast Health and Wellness Corporation, a California corporation, dba The Community Care on Palm (not a local vendor), a Skilled Nursing Facility, increasing the total contract maximum for FY 2018-2019 by $100,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $200,000.00, inclusive of Purchase Order CN22140 for $100,000.00 but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order CN22140 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; and b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a "project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific ...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding an agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Community Care on Palm, Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2019, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with South Coast Health and Wellness Corporation, a California corporation, dba The Community Care on Palm (not a local vendor), a Skilled Nursing Facility, increasing the total contract maximum for FY 2018-2019 by $100,000.00, for a total contract amount not to exceed $200,000.00, inclusive of Purchase Order CN22140 for $100,000.00 but which otherwise cancels, nullifies, and supersedes Purchase Order CN22140 for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019; and

 

b) Determine that the recommended actions are not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
