Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to GHD Services Revenue Agreement for Ortega Ridge Road Slide Repair, County Project No. 820672, First District, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Professional Services Revenue Agreement with GHD Services, Inc. Title

Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to GHD Services Revenue Agreement for Ortega Ridge Road Slide Repair, County Project No. 820672, First District, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the First Amendment to the Professional Services Revenue Agreement with GHD Services, Inc. (not a local vendor), to extend the terms of the Agreement for an additional two-year period making the term of the Agreement November 7, 2017 through November 7, 2020 to provide professional engineering services and construction reimbursement for the Ortega Ridge Road Slide Repair MS-TDA Wall Project;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works, or designee, to make immaterial changes in accordance with Section 23 of the Agreement; and

 

c) Determine the above actions are not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act guidelines pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) because it consists of organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
