Title

Consider recommendations regarding the reestablishment of Road Rights of Way in Storm Damage Sites from Declared Event 18STM1 (Phase 2), First District, as follows:

 

a) Approve Phase 2 of the project to re-establish the road right of way survey monuments in the storm damaged sites from declared event 18STM1 - the 1/9/2018 Debris Flow;

 

b) Authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to request proposals and select the best qualified firm(s) to provide professional survey services for the three sub-phases of the Phase 2 project related to 18STM1; and

 

c) Find that the proposed projects consist of the operation, repair, maintenance, or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities, mechanical equipment, or topographical features, involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond that previously existing, including but not limited to existing highways and streets, sidewalks, gutters, bicycle and pedestrian trails, and similar facilities that the proposed project is therefore exempt from California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to 14 CCR 15301(c).
