Title: Consider recommendations regarding Pueblo Radiology Medical Group Service and License Agreements, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group to provide radiology services for total amount not to exceed $150,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a License Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group, in accordance with California Government Code Section 26227, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021; and c) Find that these activities are not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.

Consider recommendations regarding Pueblo Radiology Medical Group Service and License Agreements, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group to provide radiology services for total amount not to exceed $150,000.00, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a License Agreement with Pueblo Radiology Medical Group, in accordance with California Government Code Section 26227, for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2021; and

 

c) Find that these activities are not a “Project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review per CEQA Guideline Section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended actions are government fiscal activities which do not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
