Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to the Pediatric Trauma Care Richie's Fund Distribution Agreement with Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement between the Public Health Department and the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital Level II Pediatric Trauma Center to receive Richie's Funds to continue providing care to pediatric trauma patients and to extend the Agreement for five months to December 31, 2019; and b) Determine that this action is not a "Project" under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per CEQA Guideline section 15378(b)(4), since the recommended action is a government fiscal activity which does not involve commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment.
