Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for County of Santa Barbara Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program with The Gordian Group, as follows: a) Receive and file a report on year three of the Santa Barbara County JOC program and strategic plan for the fourth year; b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with The Gordian Group, Inc. to exercise the fourth option to renew the term for one additional year through September 22, 2020; and increase the contract by $989,858.00, for a total contract amount up to and not to exceed $1,489,858.00; and c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) as the actions are the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project; and Section 15378(...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for County of Santa Barbara Job Order Contracting (JOC) Program with The Gordian Group, as follows:

 

a) Receive and file a report on year three of the Santa Barbara County JOC program and strategic plan for the fourth year;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement with The Gordian Group, Inc. to exercise the fourth option to renew the term for one additional year through September 22, 2020; and increase the contract by $989,858.00, for a total contract amount up to and not to exceed $1,489,858.00; and

 

c) Determine that the recommended actions are not a project subject to environmental review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4) as the actions are the creation of government funding mechanisms or other government fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project; and Section 15378(b)(5), as the actions are the organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
