Title: Consider recommendations regarding Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract with MRS Environmental Inc. Title

Consider recommendations regarding Approval of Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Contract with MRS Environmental Inc. (MRS) to complete a Supplemental Environmental Impact Report for the ExxonMobil Interim Trucking for Santa Ynez Unit (SYU) Restart Project, Third District, as follows:
