Title

Consider recommendations regarding approval of an Additional $551,832.00 of Public Safety Realignment Funds and the Transfer of $3,051,832.00 to General Services for the Design and Construction of a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center, as follows: (4/5 Vote Required)

                   

a) Approve the allocation of an additional $551,832.00 of Public Safety Realignment funds for the design and construction of a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center for justice involved clients as recommended by the Community Corrections Partnership and the Executive Committee of the Community Corrections Partnership;

 

b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0006628 recognizing the release of $3,051,832.00 of Public Safety Realignment fund balance and transfer to General Services; and

 

c) Determine that pursuant to California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15378(b)(4), the above actions are a governmental fiscal activity which does not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and therefore is not a project subject to environmental review.
