Title: Consider recommendations regarding a First Amendment to Agreements with the Santa Barbara Unified School District and Santa Maria Joint Union High School District (SMJUHSD) for School Resource Deputies, as follows: a) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services with the Santa Barbara Unified School District for services in the amount of $215, 257.25 (SBUSD 2080 hours); b) Approve, authorize, and ratify the Chair to execute a First Amendment to the Agreement for Services with the Santa Maria Joint Union High School District for services in the amount of $149,025.60 (SMJUHSD 1440 hours); and c) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant impact on the environment, and are therefore not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of...
