Title: Consider recommendations regarding the State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Mental Health Performance Contract, Fiscal Year (FY) 2018-2021, as follows: a) Approve, ratify and authorize the Director of Behavioral Wellness to execute a $0 Performance Contract and Contractor Certification contained therein with the California State DHCS for receipt of funds from the Mental Health Services Act, Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness, the Community Mental Health Services Grant, and realignment and for compliance with California state laws for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2021; and b) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, pursuant to section 15378(b)(4) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines.
