Title: Consider recommendations regarding an Amendment to the California Voting System Replacement Contract (2018), as follows: a) Adopt a Resolution approving, ratifying, and authorizing the County Clerk, Recorder, and Assessor to enter into a Standard Agreement Amendment with the California Secretary of State pursuant to California Elections Code Section 19402 for reimbursement of funds used for voting system and election management system replacement and modernization for the period of April 29, 2015 through June 30, 2022, in the maximum amount of $2,232,821.70; and b) Determine pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5) that the above action is not a project subject to CEQA review because the action consists of organizational and administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
