Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for Hardscape Repairs throughout the County Project Nos. 820686, 820687N, and 820687S, Second, Third, and Fourth Districts, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Hardscape Repair on San Juan Place and San Lucas Way Project No. 820686 in the Second District, for hardscape repair work by R. Burke Corporation, Inc. in the amount of $324,934.53;
b) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Hardscape Repair Project No. 820687N in the Third and Fourth Districts, for hardscape repair work by G Sosa Construction, Inc. in the amount of $182,817.09;
c) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for the Hardscape Repair Project 820687S in the Second District, for hardscape repair work by Granite Construction, Inc. in the amount of $406,693.95; and
d) Determine that the above projects were found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act pursuant State Guidelines Section 15301(c) on May 15, 2018; a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis; and, the proposed exemption is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption
