Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Statement of Final Quantities for Storm Damage Repairs on Various Roads in Montecito, FEMA Category C Project, County Project No. 18107C, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statement of Final Quantities for Construction of Storm Damage Repairs on Various Roads in Montecito, for construction repair work by R. Burke Corporation, Inc. in the amount of $586,129.48; and b) Determine that the above project was found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act pursuant State Guidelines Section 15301(c) on November 6, 2018, a Notice of Exemption was filed on that basis, and the proposed exemption is within the scope of that Notice of Exemption.
