Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Staffing Contract Renewal with Jackson and Coker Locumtenens, LLC, Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Jackson and Coker Locumtenens, LLC (not a local vendor) for the provision of locum tenens psychiatry services for FY 2020-2021, for a total contract maximum amount not to exceed $600,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021; b) Delegate to the Behavioral Wellness Director (or designee) the authority to make immaterial changes to the agreement, without requiring a formal amendment to the agreement, subject to the Board's authority to rescind this delegated authority at any time; and c) Determine that the above actions are government fiscal activities or funding mechanisms which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in potentially physical impact on the environment, and are therefore not a ...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding a Staffing Contract Renewal with Jackson and Coker Locumtenens, LLC, Fiscal Year (FY) 2020-2021, as follows:

 

a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Jackson and Coker Locumtenens, LLC (not a local vendor) for the provision of locum tenens psychiatry services for FY 2020-2021, for a total contract maximum amount not to exceed $600,000.00 for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021;
