Title: Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with KPMG LLP to Perform Department Financial, Organizational, and Operational Reviews, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with KPMG LLP to: i) Add additional services in the amount of $61,240.00 for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,477,439.00; and b) Determine that the proposed actions are administrative activities that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment, and are therefore not a project as defined by State California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines section 15378(b)(5).

Consider recommendations regarding Amendment No. 3 to the Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with KPMG LLP to Perform Department Financial, Organizational, and Operational Reviews, as follows:
