Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Fiscal Year (FY) 2020 Community Power Resiliency Allocation (CPRA), as follows: (4/5 Vote Required) a) Approve and authorize the County Executive Officer (CEO) to execute the Notification of Subrecipient Allocation Cal OES ID No. 083-00000-00 to accept the FY 2020 CPRA in the amount of $233,635.00 with a period of performance from July 1, 2020 to October 31, 2021; b) Approve Budget Revision Request No. 0007279 to Increase Appropriations of $233,635.00 in the County Executive Office General Fund for Services and Supplies funded by unanticipated FY 2020 CPRA revenue; and c) Determine that the proposed action is related to the creation of a government funding mechanism and other fiscal activities which do not involve any commitment to any specific project which may result in a potentially significant physical impact on the environment, and is therefore exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guideline section 153...
