Consider recommendations regarding Statements of Final Quantities for the 2018-2019 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance, Pavement Rehabilitation on Pellham Drive, Pavement Rehabilitation on Steele Street, and East Mountain Drive Temporary Bridge Repair, Project Nos. 820683, 820757, 820758, and 862420, as follows:
a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Statements of Final Quantities for the following projects:
i) Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Pavement Preservation and Preventive Maintenance, County Project No. 820683;
ii) Pavement Rehabilitation on Pellham Drive, County Project No. 820757, Third District;
iii) Pavement Rehabilitation on Steele Street, County Project No. 820758, Third District;
iv) East Mountain Drive Temporary Bridge at Cold Springs Creek; County Project No. 862420, First District; and
b) Determine that the above projects were found by the Board to be exempt from the provisions of California Environmental Quality Act pursuant State Guidelines Section 15378 (b) (5); “organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment). This exemption considers all future administrative activities for these projects such as Statement of Final Quantities.
