Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Northern Santa Barbara County United Way, Inc. Agreement, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute an Agreement for Services of Independent Contractor with Northern Santa Barbara County United Way, Inc., a California Corporation (a local vendor), for the continued provision of engagement and outreach services to homeless individuals for a maximum contract amount not to exceed $19,800.00 for services provided September 1, 2020 through August 31, 2021; and b) Determine that the above action is not a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15378(b)(5) of the CEQA Guidelines, since the action consists of organizational or administrative activities of the government that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment.
