Set a hearing to consider recommendations regarding the Santa Barbara Coalition for Responsible Cannabis Appeal of the Planning Commission Approval of the Cadwell Cannabis Cultivation Project, Case Nos. 19LUP-00000-00480 and 21APL-000000-00028, Fourth District, as follows:
(Set a hearing for February 15, 2022. Time Estimate: 1 hour 30 minutes)
a) Deny the appeal, Case No. 21APL-00000-00028;
b) Make the required findings for approval of the Project, Case No. 19LUP-00000-00480, including CEQA findings;
c) Determine that the previously certified Programmatic Environmental Impact Report (PEIR) (17EIR-00000-00003) is adequate and no subsequent Environmental Impact Report or Negative Declaration is required pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Sections 15162 and 15168(c)(2); and
d) Grant de novo approval of the Project, Case No. 19LUP-00000-00480 subject to the conditions of approval.
