Title: HEARING - Consider recommendations regarding the Steiner Appeal of the Ruffino Tentative Parcel Map, Case Nos. 21APL-00000-00078 and 20TPM-00000-00003, Fourth District, as follows: a) Acknowledge the withdrawal of the Appeal (Case No. 21APL-00000-00078) of the Planning Commission's approval and that upon acknowledgement of the withdrawal of the Appeal, the Planning Commission's approval of Case No. 20TPM-00000-00003 constitutes the County's final action on the Map; b) Acknowledge that upon withdrawal of the Appeal, there is no action for the Board of Supervisors to take on the substance of the Map or Appeal and drop the item from the Board of Supervisors' March 15, 2022 agenda; and c) Determine that the above action is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15378(b)(5). a) Acknowledge the withdrawal of the Appeal (Case No. 21APL-00000-00078) of the Planning Commission’s approval and that upon acknowledgement of the withdrawal of the Appeal, the Planning Commission’s approval of Case No. 20TPM-00000-00003 constitutes the County’s final action on the Map;
