Title: Consider recommendations regarding State of California 2021-2022 Exchange and State Match Program, Agreement for the Exchange of Federal Highway Dollars, as follows: a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement with the State of California, Department of Transportation, for the exchange of Federal Highway dollars for Non-Federal State Highway Account dollars, for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022 apportionments in the amount of $558,115.00; b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to apportion these Regional Surface Transportation Program funds to the City of Buellton, the City of Guadalupe and the City of Solvang for FY 2021-2022, in the amounts established under Section 182.6(d)(1) of the Streets and Highways Code and by Santa Barbara County Association of Governments guidelines; and c) Determine that the proposed actions do not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(...

Title

Consider recommendations regarding State of California 2021-2022 Exchange and State Match Program, Agreement for the Exchange of Federal Highway Dollars, as follows:

 

a) Approve, ratify, and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement with the State of California, Department of Transportation, for the exchange of Federal Highway dollars for Non-Federal State Highway Account dollars, for Fiscal Year (FY) 2021-2022 apportionments in the amount of $558,115.00;

 

b) Approve and authorize the Director of Public Works or designee to apportion these Regional Surface Transportation Program funds to the City of Buellton, the City of Guadalupe and the City of Solvang for FY 2021-2022, in the amounts established under Section 182.6(d)(1) of the Streets and Highways Code and by Santa Barbara County Association of Governments guidelines; and

 

c) Determine that the proposed actions do not constitute a “Project” within the meaning of the California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(5) (organizational or administrative activities of governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the environment).
