Title: Consider recommendations regarding a Second Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding for US101 Corridor Coastal Access Projects, First District, as follows: a) Approve and authorize the Chair to execute the Second Amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments to increase the budget allocation from $2,920,000.00 to $4,122,792.00 and extend the term to December 31, 2024 for reimbursement to the County of Santa Barbara for work on US101 Corridor Coastal Access Projects; and b) Find that the proposed action does not constitute a "Project" within the meaning of California Environmental Quality Act, pursuant to 14 CCR 15378(b)(2) (continuing administrative or maintenance activities, such as purchases for supplies, personnel-related actions, general policy and procedure making.)
